Felted Wool Creche

Handmade felted creche made in Sololá, Guatemala by Mayan artisans. Each tag carries the name of the artist, who creates her own delightfully unique rendition of the Holy Family, with Mary wearing traditional Mayan traje, consisting of huipil (shirt), faja (belt) and corte (skirt). Handmade soft sculpture with 3 figures: Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus.
Figures vary in color and may vary slightly in size. Handmade and fair trade.
