San Bartolome Blouse

Our embroidered San Bartolome blouse is made in San Bartolome, Chiapas, Mexico by Rosita Carranza for our partner, Malacate. The single-thread weaving on backstrap looms offers an incredibly soft feel to the cloth. Diamond-pattern designs which represent the universe in Maya Tzotzil communities are embroidered with silk threads over 100% cotton.
