Silver Flowers
A complete ceremonial ensemble — handwoven in Tlaxcala, Mexico by Taller Netzahualcoyotl. The set includes a natural cream wool poncho with delicate hand-embroidered floral detail and braided trim, paired with a floor-length indigo-dyed skirt in deep navy and sky blue horizontal stripes with small arrow motifs. Worn together, the two pieces form a cohesive traditional garment rooted in Tlaxcalan textile heritage. Naturally dyed throughout. Design and dye work by Ignacio Netzahualcoyotl, 2021 winner of the Grand Prize for Mexican Traditional Patrimony.
Sold as a complete set (poncho + skirt).
Exhibited in Flowers Keep No Secrets at Heritage by Hand, Indian Market 2026, Santa Fe.
