We want you to love your Heritage By Hand purchase as each piece is handmade with care.

We will accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, not broken or damaged and in original condition within 10 days of purchase or receipt for online orders. Contact us to receive a return authorization. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for all returns. We will process your return request and email you instructions, on how to complete your return.
